SoekTog hosts content published by businesses and visitors. If something on this site infringes your rights or is unlawful, send a take-down notice under section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. A complete notice hides the content immediately; the publisher is told and may file a counter-notice, which restores it and is sent to you with their contact details. SoekTog does not judge who is right; it keeps the record and forwards each side to the other.
Section 77(2) makes a person who knowingly lodges a false notice liable for damages. You may also lodge your notice through ISPA's take-down notice service.
